About the role

Role focused on identifying bottlenecks, driving execution with founders, and scaling operations. Hands-on role in GTM, product, and ops with high ownership potential and path to leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the founders across GTM, product, and operations.
  • Identify what is slowing the company down and fix it.
  • Build a target account list and launch an outbound campaign
  • Join customer calls and turn feedback into product requirements
  • Research a market, evaluate an opportunity, or prepare a pitch
  • Research a trade show to attend and work out all the logistics of attending
  • Fix a broken internal process or build an AI workflow to automate it
  • Own projects that matter but do not yet have a dedicated owner
  • Learn the product, customers, and market in the first 90 days
  • Generate pipeline and support active sales
  • Own a customer or product initiative
  • Fix an internal operating problem
  • Become trusted with important, ambiguous work

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • High agency and execution-first mindset
  • Technical & AI-native; experience with automation or small apps is a plus
  • Exceptional ability and fast learning demonstrated through past achievements
