About the role

Technical Product Manager responsible for owning one of Kernel’s product areas end-to-end, shaping roadmap and working closely with founders and engineering. Data- and metrics-driven; thrives in ambiguity; bridges customers and engineering; focuses on core product areas and bets.

Responsibilities

  • Own all stages from discovery to implementation for our core product areas and bets
  • Data- and metrics-driven (without being obstinate about it)
  • Tolerate (maybe even relish) ambiguity, and know when to make decisions quickly vs. when something needs more thought
  • Bridge the link between our customers and our engineering team
  • Help shape the product roadmap and vision for Kernel

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience, complex product and feature development
