About the role

Support Executives to enhance the customer support team, delivering multilingual customer support and product guidance to a diverse client base in the real estate/land registry domain.

Responsibilities

  • Multilingual Customer Support: Deliver timely and accurate customer service across phone, email, and chat channels; communicate in English and at least one regional language (Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, or Marathi).
  • Product Expertise: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Landeed products and services; stay informed about new features and updates.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, escalate complex cases as necessary; log all interactions in CRM.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to aid product development and improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work with technical and product teams to understand customer challenges and contribute ideas for product enhancements.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs to stay updated on industry and product developments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or related role
  • Language proficiency in English and at least one regional language: Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, or Marathi (crucial)
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support software
  • Customer-centric mindset with empathy
  • Team collaboration and knowledge sharing willingness
