About the role

Role focused on leading business development, strategic partnerships, and enterprise sales to expand Landeed's market presence across multiple Indian cities and build an enterprise platform for government bodies and corporates.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with Landeed’s mission and objectives. Develop and implement strategic plans to enter new markets and sectors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably within technology or real estate sectors, with a track record of achieving growth targets
  • Strategic Thinker with ability to develop strategic business plans and pursue opportunities
  • Leadership and Team Management: ability to inspire, mentor, and drive a team
  • Networking and Relationship Building with stakeholders including high-level executives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical skills to interpret market data and trends
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions
