About the role

Role focused on content creation, community engagement, brand advocacy, and feedback loops to inform product and marketing strategy for Landeed, a real estate/land registry tech company.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation and Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy with blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and forums discussions.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community across platforms, moderate discussions, respond to comments, and encourage participation.
  • Brand Advocacy: Build and nurture relationships with influencers, advocates, and stakeholders to amplify the brand.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather community insights and share with product and marketing teams to inform strategy and development.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on content performance and engagement metrics.
  • Event Management: Organize and participate in online and offline events, webinars, and meetups.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Fashion, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, and community engagement, ideally in tech or real estate sectors.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to grow and engage online communities.
  • Strategic thinking to align content and community plans with business objectives.
  • Analytical abilities to translate data into insights.
  • Creative and innovative mindset for content and initiatives.
  • Project management skills to manage multiple initiatives.
