About the role

Customer-focused role at Agave to lead customer implementations of the applied AI for construction platform, enabling rapid onboarding, driving renewals and expansions, and collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Discovery - Guide prospects through how Agave works and answer technical questions during demos
  • Solutions and Implementation- Build deep relations with customers and lead them through implementations; be primary contact from sales handoff to onboarding
  • Project Management - Create detailed implementation plans and timelines; troubleshoot, escalate risks, and coordinate across product/engineering and external partners
  • Process Improvement - Build tooling, templates, and automation to scale onboarding; create education materials; define internal tracking mechanisms and KPIs for onboarding timelines

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience at a SaaS startup or top consulting/elite company with interest in an early-stage startup
  • Structured troubleshooting; Systems thinking; Context-specific communication
