About the role

Technical Program Manager responsible for leading hardware product development programs from concept to mass production at Eight Sleep, coordinating cross-functional teams, and championing scalable processes to deliver flagship sleep fitness products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead execution of product development programs from concept to mass production
  • Build alignment with senior leaders to establish program objectives and execution strategies balancing schedule and risk
  • Navigate project execution to ensure the right people are working on the right things at the right time
  • Communicate across engineering disciplines and the business to align on risks, challenges, and results
  • Champion best practices and processes that scale product development
  • Champion releasing the best possible product for optimal customer experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelors of Engineering
  • Masters of Engineering (preferred)
  • 3+ years in a program management role
  • Track record of launching successful products
  • Strong communication skills across engineering disciplines
