About the role

Enode is a climate tech startup building an Energy Orchestration Platform. This role focuses on developing Enode’s API products, shaping the product portfolio, and driving cross-functional collaboration with sales, customer success, customers, end users, design, and engineering to accelerate the energy transition.

Responsibilities

  • Defining and expanding the Enode product portfolio
  • Leading the development of interdisciplinary teams
  • Own the product development process at Enode and constantly improve it
  • Have direct interactions with all stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in product management
  • Experience as a team leader of multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to get technical with solid understanding of web development
  • Excellent project management skills with attention to detail
  • Curiosity for all stakeholders such as customers, partners, end users and prospects to assess market trends and customer demand to drive the ideation and development of new features
