About the role

Endex is hiring a full-cycle Recruiter in New York City to own the talent lifecycle, build pipelines, and represent the company to candidates, partnering with leadership to hire top engineering talent and continuously improve hiring processes.

Responsibilities

  • Own Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and close candidates in engineering
  • Build Pipelines: Develop and maintain relationships with top universities and programs, establishing Endex as a destination for exceptional graduating talent
  • Sell the Endex Story: Represent Endex authentically and compellingly to candidates. You'll be a brand ambassador who can speak fluently about our product, mission, and the opportunity to join at a pivotal moment.
  • Design the Hiring Infrastructure: Build and refine the systems, scorecards, take-home assignments, and processes that make Endex's hiring consistent, fast, and high-signal
  • Partner with Leadership: Work directly with the CEO and hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and move quickly when the right candidate is in the pipeline.
  • Analyze and Improve: Track recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks, and continuously sharpen the process to reduce time-to-hire without sacrificing quality.
