About the role

Senior Software Engineer in Europe, remote role building backend, frontend, infrastructure, and AI components for an AI-powered bioprocess data platform. You will own hands-on delivery and project leadership, collaborating with European engineering teams to ship features and improve reliability in a regulated, data-intensive domain.

Responsibilities

  • You will join one of our European engineering teams to tackle hard engineering problems that help customers do their critical science.
  • Ship new features, maintain existing ones, and push our technical towards excellence.
  • Collaborate with peers on engineering and product teams to deliver on mission.
  • Demonstrate ownership by identifying problems and implementing solutions.
  • Mentor and guide others through effective communication and sharing knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Deep backend and system design instincts, built at scale
  • Strong opinions on code quality with flexibility to adapt
  • Active interest in adopting and evaluating AI tools and applying AI to product development
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with strong communication
  • Ambitious, motivated, and able to mentor others
  • Proactive ownership mindset, able to identify and own problems without being told what to own
