About the role

Account Manager responsible for the full commercial relationship and customer success across 50 to 100 mid-market accounts (250-2,000 employees) to drive value, expansion, and renewal across ElevenLabs’ AI platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full commercial relationship and customer’s success across a book of 50 to 100 mid-market accounts.
  • Advise on agent design, voice customization, conversation flows, integrations, and use data/logs to identify friction and opportunities.
  • Drive NRR across managed book, lead renewals end-to-end, and promote cross-sell into ElevenLabs’ product suite.
  • Build systems, playbooks, and motions to drive outcomes across a diverse book while deepening engagement with high-potential accounts.
  • Connect technical successes to commercial growth and partner closely with high-growth accounts to achieve value.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products.
  • Proven track record of owning revenue outcomes end to end (quota, renewals, expansion) without handing off to sales.
  • Ability to segment book by expansion potential and build business cases for economic buyers.
  • Ability to hold technical conversations with developers/engineering teams; familiarity with AI concepts, API integrations, and SDKs.
  • Experience using product data to identify health signals, expansion opportunities, and risk early.
