About the role

Contracting role, fully remote. ElevenLabs seeks a technically proficient Customer Support Specialist to rapidly respond to tickets, troubleshoot issues, contribute to documentation, and moderate community content, while aligning with the company’s AI-first, high-velocity culture.

Responsibilities

  • Rapid Response: Quickly and effectively resolve customer support tickets, ensuring a seamless user experience and customer empathy.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues using technical expertise and provide straightforward, user-friendly solutions.
  • Keeping Things Top-Notch: Stay informed about developments, proactively and reactively contribute to documentation and help center articles, and serve as the liaison between customers and the company.
  • Building a Safe Space: Ensure user-generated content complies with guidelines, maintain a respectful and secure environment, and contribute to moderation of the voice library.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in a technical customer support department in SaaS or at a high-growth technology company
  • Experience working in a start-up with international teams in a remote setting
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to APIs or browser errors
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality work
  • Autonomous and execution-focused mindset
  • General interest in AI and technology (extra points if you are already an ElevenLabs user!)
