About the role

Workplace Manager responsible for owning the Paris office end-to-end, organizing events and onboarding, sustaining culture during rapid growth, and ensuring admin/compliance processes are airtight.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Paris office end-to-end: manage service providers, supplies, facilities, keep space impeccable and organized, be the first point of contact for office-related needs; serve remote teammates to ensure consistent experience across geographies.
  • Bring the team together through events: design and run All Hands, Team Events, Joko Drinks, offsites, and large-scale celebrations; scale rituals as the company grows across geographies.
  • Own onboarding end-to-end: manage from employment contract to IT setup to team introductions to Joko goodies, ensuring a seamless and welcoming day-one experience.
  • Hold the culture as we scale: influence the office, events, and onboarding to continuously reinforce Joko’s culture.
  • Keep admin and compliance airtight: track expenses, manage invoices for accounting, and partner with Finance and Legal on compliance routines.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in Workplace, Office Management, People Operations, Event Management, or a similar role, ideally in a fast-growing tech company.
  • Experience owning an office and team rituals end-to-end.
