About the role

Analytical Operations Manager owning a key operational scope (Content, Product, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, or Team) within Joko's Business Operations to design tech-enabled, scalable solutions and drive growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Own one of the key operational scopes (Content, Product, Revenue, Finance, Marketing, or Team) and lead initiatives to improve performance.
  • Design tech-enabled, scalable solutions and automate internal tooling.
  • Rethink revenue funnels, optimize cross-functional workflows, and drive transformation across the company.
  • Examples of scope-specific missions include Revenue Operations, Finance Operations, Content Operations, Team Operations, Product Operations, and Marketing Operations as detailed in the description.

Qualifications

  • Education: graduated from a top-tier engineering, business, or applied science program
  • Experience: 2+ years in operations, strategy, consulting, or a similar role
  • Problem solver with structured thinking and bias for action
  • Operational mindset with curiosity and process optimization focus
  • Tech-first thinker focused on scalable automation, tooling, and data flows
  • AI enthusiast who views AI as a core lever for efficiency
  • Efficiency-driven with ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments
  • Autonomous with ability to drive cross-functional projects from A to Z
  • Strong communicator (written and verbal)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit in fast-paced environments
  • Languages: Fluent in English; French a plus
