About the role

Design core product experiences end-to-end, establish design standards and contribute to Rogo’s design culture while collaborating with leadership and engineers.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll design core product experiences end-to-end—from problem framing and flows to prototypes, visual design, and production polish.
  • Collaborate closely with Head of Design, CEO/Co-founder, and engineers who care deeply about building a great product.
  • Help establish Rogo’s design culture, standards, and systems.

Qualifications

  • We don’t require any formal experience, education, or knowledge of the finance world.
  • Enthusiasm & evidence of caring about solving difficult problems with design & product.
  • Side projects, prototypes, rough figmas, experiments demonstrate enthusiasm.

Skills

Nice to have:HTML/CSS familiarity
