Data Analyst Intern at Joko, a Paris-based AI shopping app, focusing on transforming data into actionable insights, building data products, and supporting a modern data stack.

Responsibilities

  • Continuous learning and improvement: grow skills with support from an experienced Data Analyst
  • Data loading and transformation: participate in loading and transforming data across the full data lifecycle
  • Deep-dive analyses: analyze data to uncover trends and help decision-making
  • Building data solutions: contribute to internal data solutions such as forecasting or scoring models and decision-support tools
  • Reporting and data visualization: create dashboards and charts to communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Interactions with stakeholders: collaborate with teams to understand needs and evangelize data usage

Qualifications

  • Experience: seeking end-of-study internship; prior internship in data or demanding environments is a plus
  • Education: graduated from a top-tier engineering, business, or applied science program
  • Mindset: entrepreneurial, receptive to feedback, eager to improve
  • Problem-solving & analytical skills: strong data analysis capability
  • Coding knowledge: familiarity with at least one programming language; SQL and Python are a plus
  • Business acumen: understanding of stakeholder needs and business operations
  • Communication: clear written and verbal communication of conclusions
  • Languages: fluent in English (written and spoken)
