About the role

Rogo is seeking its first dedicated Brand Designer to define, evolve, and scale the brand across digital, physical, internal, and external touchpoints, partnering with leadership, marketing, product design, and external partners to establish a premium, cohesive brand in institutional finance.

Responsibilities

  • Define & evolve the brand system: develop and maintain core visual brand assets and ensure they scale across teams and mediums.
  • Design key brand surfaces: website, social, presentations, product marketing, out-of-home campaigns, events, and content to feel cohesive and unmistakably Rogo.
  • Product marketing: partner with marketing and product design to create assets for product launches, customer stories, and major announcements.
  • Internal brand, merch & customer love: create internal assets, merch, and customer-facing materials that energize teams and customers.
  • Maintain quality & consistency: build templates, libraries, and standards to enable high-quality execution by others.
  • Collaborate: align brand with business goals with leadership, marketing, product, and external partners.
  • Raise the quality bar: provide and receive feedback to continually improve work.

Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of experience in brand or visual/graphic design, ideally at a fast-moving startup or creative agency.
  • Portfolio showing strong craft across typography, composition, and storytelling with premium visual taste and polish.
  • Experience across mediums: web, digital, print, motion, and presentation.
  • Proficiency with tools including Figma; comfortable with new tools (e.g., Jitter, After Effects, Framer, etc.).
  • Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a sense of ownership in work.
