About the role

Applied AI-focused role building AI-powered systems for voice-first interfaces, audio intelligence pipelines, and search over voice data. Early AI engineer shaping the foundations of the AI stack from data acquisition to real-time inference and user-facing chat interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and ship AI-powered systems for voice-first interaction with Rilla
  • Build agents that operate on real-world audio and extract insights from conversations
  • Develop and iterate on an audio intelligence pipeline for messy, noisy, real-world data
  • Contribute across the full AI lifecycle—from data acquisition to real-time inference and user-facing interfaces
  • Work across technologies to invent new tooling, models, and techniques
  • Collaborate with customers and teams to deliver customer-centric AI solutions

Qualifications

  • Experience building and deploying AI/LLM systems in production
  • Familiarity with eval frameworks, agent tooling, and prompt engineering
  • Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
