About the role

Rilla is building leading sales coaching software to index the offline world. The role involves architecting and shipping end-to-end features across the stack, raising the bar for code quality, and helping scale the engineering culture as the company grows.

Responsibilities

  • Engineer architect and ship features across the stack at lightning speed.
  • Build end-to-end workflows, take them to production, and solve real world problems at scale.
  • As an early technical steward, raise the bar for code quality and decision‑making, setting patterns for a world‑class engineering culture as we scale.
  • Collaborate with teammates to iterate quickly, incorporate feedback, and maintain a high bar for quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong coding skills with proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C++, Python, Rust, or similar languages.
  • Strong engineering prowess, ideally developed at start-ups.
  • Familiarity with storage and data processing systems, cloud infrastructure, and other technical tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to iterate quickly with teammates, incorporating feedback and holding a high bar for quality.

Skills

Required:Proficiency in JavaScriptC++, Python, RustCommunication and collaboration
