About the role

We are an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents. Devin is our flagship AI software engineer and we tackle frontier challenges in building AI-powered systems that reason over code and tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Build core agent infrastructure: design and ship systems powering Devin's long-horizon task execution, including tool use, context management, multi-step planning, subagent orchestration, and sandboxed code execution environments.

Qualifications

  • Systems engineering depth: experience building reliable, performant distributed systems; strong opinions about correctness, failure modes, and production behavior.
