About the role
Role on the Client Experience team focused on guiding clients through disability benefits or insurance compensation processes via phone conversations, leveraging internal platforms, and delivering measurable impact to clients. Fully remote, with a culture of compassionate assistance and a strong emphasis on diverse, high-performing service.
Responsibilities
- Communicate on the phone with clients to understand their situation and advise next steps.
- Determine whether Atticus can help each client and guide them accordingly.
- Become an expert on a complex field and navigate internal tech platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Help hundreds of ordinary people with unique stories each week.
- Deliver measurable impact on clients and be compensated for that impact.
- Navigate conversations on personal and sensitive topics with empathy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least three years of professional work experience involving customer interaction (CX, sales, support, hospitality, etc.).
- Ability to interact with people from all walks of life and support someone in crisis while guiding the conversation.
- Quick learner and competent writer, capable of mastering complex topics and platforms with instruction and support.
