About the role

Lead Attorney responsible for representing clients in personal injury matters, from intake through resolution, and helping to build Atticus’s injury practice with support from engineers, operators, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients in need from intake through resolution.
  • Select cases to take on, set case strategy, and make calls to maximize recovery.
  • Collaborate with company leaders to shape the future of the firm, including hiring, branding, and operational decisions.
  • Invest in the firm and team through continuing education and training.

Qualifications

  • Deep personal injury experience at a plaintiff's firm, ideally across motor vehicle accidents and premises liability, with exposure to taking cases to trial.
  • Experience working up an injury case from intake through resolution (100+ times).
  • Five-star client service delivery with a spotless track record of client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated commitment to helping people.
  • Based in California and licensed to practice law in California.
