About the role

Role within the Client Experience team focused on guiding clients seeking disability benefits or insurance compensation through the process via phone conversations, while rapidly navigating internal platforms (e.g., Salesforce). The position emphasizes helping people in crisis, providing guidance, and delivering measurable impact, with fully remote work.

Responsibilities

  • - Communicate with clients by phone to understand their situation and determine if Atticus can help
  • - Advise clients on next steps and navigate them through the process
  • - rapidly learn and use internal tech platforms and tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • - Help hundreds of ordinary people with unique stories each week
  • - Contribute to a high-volume, high-impact service environment while maintaining empathy and professionalism

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university with strong academic performance
  • - At least 1 year of working experience outside of internships (longer internships possible)
  • - Ability to interact with people from all walks of life and support someone in crisis while guiding conversations
  • - Quick learner and competent writer capable of mastering complex topics and platforms with instruction
  • - Strong work ethic and ability to juggle multiple priorities
