About the role

Lead AI-driven initiatives to transform company vision into scalable products, coordinate cross-departmental projects, and deliver measurable impact in the digital financial platform at BJAK.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with CEO and leadership to define, track, and deliver AI-driven initiatives and OKRs
  • Own end-to-end implementation of AI/tech projects – from planning to deployment
  • Identify process gaps and implement AI/automation solutions that accelerate scale
  • Design, test, and implement AI-driven tools and workflows
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI systems into existing processes
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver outcomes
  • Coordinate cross-departmental AI initiatives, facilitate discussions, and push projects forward
  • Partner with department heads to surface and solve execution blockers
  • Take full ownership of AI-related projects without clear current ownership
  • Lead pilot programs and new initiatives from ideation to execution
  • Build scalable systems, dashboards, and processes supporting AI adoption

Qualifications

  • Approximately 5 years of product management, engineering, or cross-functional leadership experience in high-growth environments
  • Proven track record of hands-on project delivery in tech/AI/digital systems
  • Background in computer science, information technology, or related field (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Experience working directly with high-level management on high-stakes projects
  • Mature judgment in handling complex or sensitive situations
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, AI platforms, or founder-led companies
  • Based in China and able to work remotely
