About the role

Lead AI-driven initiatives and product development at BJAK to transform AI ideas into real-world impact, scaling company processes through automation and technology.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to define, track, and deliver on AI initiatives and OKRs.
  • Own end-to-end implementation of AI/tech projects from planning to deployment.
  • Identify process gaps and implement AI/automation solutions to accelerate scale.
  • Design, test, and implement AI-driven tools and workflows.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI systems into existing processes.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental AI initiatives to ensure alignment and momentum.
  • Facilitate discussions, decision forums, and workshops to advance projects.
  • Partner with department heads to address execution blockers.
  • Take full ownership of AI-related projects without a designated 'home'.
  • Lead pilot programs and new initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Build scalable systems, dashboards, and processes for long-term AI adoption.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or cross-functional leadership in high-growth companies.
  • Proven track record of hands-on project delivery from design to execution in tech/AI/digital systems.
  • Strong background in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, able to turn vision into execution.
  • Experience collaborating with executives on high-stakes projects.
  • Sound judgment and maturity handling complex or high-pressure situations.
  • Bonus: Experience in fintech, AI platforms, or founder-led companies.
  • Based in Indonesia to work remotely with the team.
