About the role

Lead AI initiatives at BJAK, translating CEO's AI vision into actionable product strategies, managing cross-functional projects, and scaling AI-driven solutions in a fast-paced, high-growth environment in Japan.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and leadership to define, track, and deliver AI initiatives and OKRs.
  • Own end-to-end implementation of AI and tech projects — from planning to launch.
  • Identify operational gaps and implement AI/automation solutions that enable rapid scaling.
  • Design, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows and tools.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI systems into existing business processes.
  • Work with engineering, product, and operations teams to achieve measurable impact.
  • Coordinate AI initiatives across departments to maintain alignment.
  • Facilitate discussions, decision forums, and workshops to keep projects moving forward.
  • Partner with department heads to identify execution blockers and drive solutions.
  • Take ownership of AI-related initiatives and lead pilot programs and new product initiatives.
  • Build scalable systems, dashboards, and processes to support long-term AI adoption.

Qualifications

  • Around 5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or cross-functional leadership in high-growth environments.
  • Proven track record of hands-on project delivery in tech, AI, or digital platforms.
  • Strong background in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate vision into execution.
  • Experience working directly with executives on high-stakes initiatives.
  • Mature judgment and strong communication skills in complex or high-pressure situations.
