About the role

Product Manager at Solo (fully remote, US/Remote) responsible for defining and refining the product portfolio (SoloSettle, SoloSuit, Solo AI), conducting user research, prioritizing engineering tickets, and scaling revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine our product portfolio including SoloSettle, SoloSuit, and Solo AI.
  • Conduct user interviews including user experience interviews, and problem-focused interviews.
  • Review user feedback from multiple channels including interview repository, survey data, customer reviews, and support tickets.
  • Analyze user session recordings to inform product decisions.
  • Use data to form product hypotheses and translate them into fully scoped engineering tickets.
  • Create Figma designs for product features.
  • Prioritize engineering tickets based on prioritization formulas.
  • Scale our product to hundreds of millions in revenue and beyond.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of work experience
  • Experience as a product manager, preferably on a consumer product with $100m+ revenue or significant growth from $1m+
  • Experience at a tech startup that has gone through scale
  • Some ability to code
  • Desires to move uncomfortably fast
  • Customer-centric mindset (do for the customer what you would want done for yourself)
  • Believes excellence is the only authority
  • Discovers reality through data analysis and experimentation
  • Continual improvement mindset
