About the role

A 1-year intensive management trainee program focused on operational excellence, involving work with Operations and Customer Experience teams, process improvements, data reporting, and project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Learn how large-scale operations and customer experiences are managed end-to-end
  • Drive process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and workflow automation
  • Partner with Customer Experience, Admin, and Product teams to deliver seamless operations
  • Gain exposure to data reporting, performance tracking, and process execution

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or early-career talents (Business, Operations Management, Administration, or related fields)
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
  • Eager to learn, resourceful, and comfortable with fast-paced change
  • A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and enjoys tackling challenges
