About the role

Versatile, persistent product engineer to own large portions of one product end-to-end, set up reusable building blocks across the stack, and advocate for time and space to innovate within Ashby’s fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership over a large portion of one of our products and own projects end-to-end (wearing hats traditionally worn by product and design).
  • Research competitors, write product specs, make wireframes, and more.
  • Design and build automated interview scheduling. Build a generalized declarative filter architecture that compiles to SQL in the backend.
  • Spec, design, and implement features (e.g., signing offers within Ashby) based on customer needs and collaborate with teammates to integrate them.
