Senior/Staff Engineer: Backend (India)
About the role
Senior/Staff Backend Engineer role at Landeed, focusing on building API endpoints and data pipelines to process India's property records from government sources using a modern FastAPI stack. Collaboration with CTO, data collection from unstable sources, and building asynchronous analysis systems.
Responsibilities
- Design new products and their data flows. Organize unary and streamed responses, worker tasks, and notification systems. Communicate with frontend teams ensure successful implementation and launch.
- Design and build API endpoints using a modern stack in Fastapi.
- Collect data from disparate, unstable, and slow government sources.
- Work on an asynchronous system for analyzing results and using them to seed subsequent searches.
- Speak with customers and build something you would want to use.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in backend engineering (as per listing)
- PostgreSQL
- Python
