About the role

Role focused on leading full-cycle client engagements with banks and investment firms to apply AI in finance workflows, driving both technical and financial wins, and acting as a trusted advisor and voice of the customer for Rogo’s AI solutions in the financial services sector.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle client engagements with bankers and investors, building consultative relationships and tailoring demos to resonate with financial institutions.
  • Translate Rogo's capabilities into real impact across banking and investing use cases, driving the financial win.
  • Engage with existing and prospective customers to understand workflow challenges and demonstrate the value of Rogo's AI solutions.
  • Establish credibility as a domain expert in financial research, M&A advisory, and diligence workflows.
  • Lead product demonstrations tailored to various financial firms and validate where Rogo adds value.
  • Partner with marketing to develop content tailored to bankers/investors and their practice areas.
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer to inform sales strategy and synthesize feedback for product teams.
  • Tailor introductions of new solutions to customer needs and enhance market perception of Rogo in financial services.
  • Conduct research and analysis on customers and competitors.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of front-office experience at a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, consulting firm, or hedge fund
  • Executive engagement skills with ability to build credibility with decision-makers
  • Outstanding presentation skills (whiteboard, presentations, demos)
  • Curiosity about AI’s potential to transform financial services
  • Sales or LP-facing experience, including business development or managing banking client matters and relationships
