About the role

Enterprise Account Executive responsible for selling a technical, infrastructure-level voice AI platform to enterprise and mid-market customers, translating platform capabilities into clear business outcomes and achieving multi-million ACV deals.

Responsibilities

  • Complete a customized onboarding plan with the technical enablement team.
  • Build out territory and account list, and partner with SDR to begin outbound.
  • Receive inbound leads from PLG motion and work with SDR on outbound.
  • Work increasingly complex sales cycles and balance inbound/outbound.
  • Spend dedicated time with agent engineering and forward deployed engineering teams to understand the product technically.
  • Partner with product marketing and sales teams to relate technical elements to business outcomes.
  • Close first enterprise deal at ACV of $240k+.
  • Generate 3x coverage on Q2 quota through inbound and outbound efforts.
  • Master the voice AI landscape and understand the role of voice agents.

Qualifications

  • Sold technical products to a technical audience and tied them to business outcomes for business stakeholders.
  • ACV greater than $240k, ideally up to $1M+.
  • Experience selling into mid-market (500–5,000 employees) and enterprise (5,000+ employees).
  • Demonstrated multi-threaded selling across various stakeholders and built repeatable outbound motions with use-case-specific messaging.
