About the role

Senior-level Talent Acquisition role at Joko focused on scaling the team from 100 to 250+ with international scope (France, Spain, US). You will own end-to-end recruiting, build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and help shape the TA function while leveraging AI tools and a modern tech stack.

Responsibilities

  • Own hiring end to end, across all functions: run full-cycle recruiting on roles spanning tech, product, design, and business.
  • Source like it's a craft: run outbound campaigns, build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles, and use AI sourcing tools.
  • Be a real partner to hiring managers: co-create job descriptions and scorecards, train interviewers, run sharp debriefs, and push back when needed.
  • Deliver a candidate experience that matches the bar: own the candidate journey, write impactful rejections, ensure a strong impression of Joko for all candidates.
  • Contribute to building the TA function: help scale the team from 1 to 5 recruiters by year end, shape processes, tooling, AI workflows, interviewer training, and employer brand.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in Talent Acquisition in fast-growing tech/product environments or agency recruiting for tech clients.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles (technical and non-technical).
  • Sales instinct for recruiting in startups and ability to pursue passive candidates.
  • High-bar mindset aligned with talent-dense culture and involved hiring managers.
  • Curious and experimental with AI; hands-on experience using AI tools in daily workflow.
  • Business partner posture with ability to plan and push back when needed.
  • Operator mindset: structured, rigorous, and data-driven with process optimization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English.
