About the role

Pharmacy Technician responsible for processing prescription and OTC medication orders, ensuring accurate, timely dispensing and a seamless pharmacy experience for Ro members at the Romeoville, IL location.

Responsibilities

  • Process prescription and OTC medication orders, including picking orders and packing them for shipment
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Troubleshoot order and shipping issues in partnership with the pharmacist, operations, and care teams
  • Work side by side with a pharmacist to ensure safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of doctors, engineers, product managers, and more
  • Find creative, fun, and professional ways to deliver the best possible experience for patients

Qualifications

  • Active IL Pharmacy Technician License (Certification - CPhT, a plus!)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
