About the role
Senior Product Manager responsible for delivering impactful app and web features for Pairs, bridging business objectives with user needs across Japanese and global markets. Own end-to-end product lifecycle, shape roadmap, manage stakeholders including CxOs, measure impact with KGIs/KPIs, and mentor junior PMs. Hybrid, Tokyo-based, full-time.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: identify opportunities, write PRDs, collaborate with design and engineering, conduct post-release data analysis and iterate.
- Shape and deliver the product roadmap: develop a forward-looking roadmap aligned with business priorities and user needs; communicate and adapt it as needed.
- Drive stakeholder management at all levels: partner with CxOs and senior executives, align functions, secure buy-in, provide progress updates.
- Measure and track impact: establish and monitor KGIs/KPIs, report on daily/weekly/monthly cadence, use data tools to optimize features.
- Enable organizational growth: mentor and coach junior product managers on tools, frameworks, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Approx. 7 years of experience in product development and management.
- Experience managing end-to-end feature development lifecycle (opportunities, PRD, development, post-release analysis).
- Strong experience defining/executing product roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Ability to measure/communicate product impact using KGIs and KPIs.
- Collaboration with core development and market teams to drive project success.
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior product managers.
