About the role

Risk Manager role focused on account management and credit risk strategy for merchant lending products (Gopay Pinjam Modal and Toko Kapital) within GoTo Group. Responsible for limit management, risk policy execution, reporting, and collaboration with business stakeholders to balance portfolio growth with risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor merchant portfolio for credit and operational risk signals.
  • Execute the limit strategy framework and deliver continuous strategy improvement through experiments.
  • Monitor and ensure effectiveness of the current credit risk policy, and execute the strategy using a decision engine.
  • Collaborate with business teams to support lending decisions.
  • Execute account-level interventions to mitigate emerging risks.
  • Maintain accurate records and risk dashboards for reporting purposes.
  • Support periodic credit reviews and internal audits.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the Credit Risk team.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of credit risk principles and lending products.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, or BI tools).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proactive mindset to identify and resolve risk issues.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
