About the role

Product Manager to own key parts of LangSmith, LangChain's observability, evaluation, and deployment platform for AI systems. Focus on building intuitive features while solving technical production challenges and shaping product strategy with leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap for a core area of the LangSmith platform.
  • Work with customers to understand their challenges and define new product features.
  • Work with engineering to define scope, make technical tradeoffs, and ship high-impact features quickly.
  • Help shape product strategy alongside our founders and leadership team.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management or engineering experience, ideally building developer tools, infrastructure products, or technical SaaS platforms.
  • Deeply technical — able to discuss API design, system architecture, data pipelines, and debugging production issues.
  • Bias toward action — ship, learn, and iterate rather than perfect upfront.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator who can align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.
