About the role

Lead brand strategy, creative direction, and team management for BJAK, a fintech platform, to shape the company's visual and messaging identity and drive impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Own BJAK’s brand identity across all platforms — from tone to typography.
  • Translate marketing and business objectives into compelling visuals and messaging.
  • Develop creative concepts and campaigns that connect with users and drive growth.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, social, print, product, and more.
  • Lead, coach, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, and content creators.
  • Set a high standard for creativity, execution, and quality under tight deadlines.
  • Review and approve creative output to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Foster a collaborative, high-ownership culture within the creative team.
  • Build and manage creative workflows balancing speed, quality, and scalability.
  • Partner with growth, product, and leadership teams to execute campaigns.
  • Use data to iterate, optimize, and scale high-performing creative.
  • Stay updated on industry and creative trends to keep BJAK relevant.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years in creative, brand, or design leadership.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and cross-channel campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of design, branding, and digital content strategy.
  • Proven experience leading creative teams and providing actionable, inspiring feedback.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and production workflows.
