About the role

Strategic and versatile professional responsible for managing complex, non-technical hiring across global functions, leveraging broad recruiting expertise and partnering with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for complex, senior, and niche roles across various global functions.
  • Develop and execute advanced, creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines of passive candidates in international markets for non-technical specialties.
  • Partner with executive leaders and hiring managers to define roles, provide market insights, and advise on talent strategies.
  • Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of recruiting workflows, ensuring efficiency and legal compliance.
  • Track KPIs, analyze data, and report on recruitment performance to optimize efforts.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring positive candidate experiences.
  • Embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles into sourcing, screening, and interviews globally.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in various functional areas.
  • Ability to manage high-volume, diverse requisitions with quality and speed.
  • Expertise in sophisticated sourcing methods across traditional and digital platforms.
  • Experience managing global or multi-regional requisitions, navigating diverse labor laws and cultures.
  • Ability to act as a strategic Talent Advisor to senior leaders.
  • Fluency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for efficiency and compliance.
