About the role
A strategic and versatile role responsible for managing complex, non-technical global recruitment across multiple functions, partnering with senior leaders to secure high-impact talent.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for complex, senior, and niche roles across global functions.
- Develop and execute advanced, creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines of passive candidates in international markets.
- Partner with executive leaders and hiring managers to define roles, market insights, and talent strategies.
- Drive standardization and improvement of global recruiting workflows, ensuring efficiency and compliance with local labor laws.
- Track and analyze recruiting KPIs, prepare performance reports for leadership.
- Act as a brand ambassador to ensure positive candidate experiences.
- Embed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles into sourcing, screening, and interview practices globally.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functional areas.
- Ability to manage high-volume, diverse requisitions efficiently.
- Proficiency in sophisticated sourcing methods using digital platforms.
- Experience managing global or multi-regional requisitions with diverse labor laws and cultures.
- Strategic advisory skills for senior leaders on market, organizational, and talent strategies.
- Fluency in ATS systems for process management, compliance, and data integrity.
