About the role
Seeking a specialized Senior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead strategic recruitment for engineering, product, and data science talents worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process for highly complex and specialized technical roles, including AI Engineering, Software Engineering, Product Management, and Cybersecurity globally.
- Develop and execute data-driven sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive technical talent using platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and technical communities.
- Consult with Engineering Directors and VPs to define requirements, understand technical stacks, and advise on talent availability and compensation benchmarks.
- Drive continuous improvement in technical interviewing processes in collaboration with engineering leadership.
- Champion a world-class candidate experience by articulating technical challenges, architectural vision, and engineering culture.
- Analyze and report on technical recruiting metrics (e.g., pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, hiring velocity) to forecast capacity needs and mitigate risks.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to hiring specialized technical talent in a high-growth environment.
- Proven expertise in direct sourcing methods and using technical platforms to build pipelines for niche roles.
- Deep foundational knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common technical stacks (e.g., cloud platforms, programming languages).
- Experience managing global or multi-regional technical requisitions, navigating diverse labor laws and compensation structures.
- Exceptional ability as a strategic consultant to senior technical leaders.
- Fluency in using and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for global reporting.
