About the role

Senior Product Engineer (Full Stack) at Kombo, Berlin-based on-site role. Own end-to-end customer problems, design solutions, build, ship, and support until adoption. Work with a product engineering mindset, end-to-end ownership, and close customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Take holistic customer problems, join calls or visit customers, design a solution, implement end-to-end, deploy to production, and enable first users.
  • Write RFCs, implement solutions, deploy, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Own features end-to-end, from customer problem to production usage, with PM/senior engineer support as needed.
  • Collaborate in small startup-like teams (1 PM + 3-5 engineers) and potentially lead new teams in the future.
