About the role

High-impact, high-trust Executive Assistant role supporting strategic priorities and day-to-day operations for the Chairman at BJAK, a leading digital financial platform in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the Chairman’s complex calendar, meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Shadow internal meetings and take detailed, actionable notes to ensure strong execution.
  • Prepare memos, briefs, and communication for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure follow-up on action items and priorities.
  • Serve as a filter and gatekeeper for communications and inbound requests.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Chairman on key initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth scheduling, task flow, and information visibility.
  • Assist in organizing key events and cultural initiatives within the company.
  • Manage selected personal tasks or logistics to support the Chairman’s efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full-time experience, including at least 2 years supporting C-level leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, high-level communications, and executive logistics.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and workflow tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth environment preferred.
  • High EQ, sound judgment, and professionalism.
