About the role

Seeking a fun, energetic, and charismatic Live Streaming Host to host daily TikTok Live sessions for BJAK TikTok Shop, engaging viewers with product presentations and interactive content.

Responsibilities

  • Host daily TikTok Live sessions for BJAK TikTok Shop
  • Present BJAK products (insurance & financial services) in an engaging and understandable manner
  • Interact with viewers in real-time: respond to comments, answer questions, build engagement
  • Guide viewers to explore and purchase products during live sessions
  • Maintain a fun, lively, positive, and high-energy atmosphere during live streams
  • Run interactive elements like Q&A, live offers, giveaways, and audience challenges
  • Collaborate with marketing team to refine scripts, talking points, and strategies
  • Review livestream results and share insights to increase viewership and conversions

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of livestream hosting or public-facing communication experience
  • Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills
  • Familiar with TikTok Live tools, features, and best practices
  • Able to multitask and handle pressure during live sessions
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Diploma/Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, Broadcasting, or related field (preferred)
