Personal Assistant to CEO

About the role
Support the CEO personally and professionally by managing logistics, personal errands, and occasionally supporting business-related tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s personal calendar, appointments, errands, and family-related matters
- Coordinate both personal and business travel, transport, and accommodations
- Handle day-to-day logistics such as meals, wardrobe prep, deliveries, and reservations
- Run personal errands and coordinate with household vendors or service providers
- Arrange gifts, celebrations, and family or personal events
- Liaise professionally with family members, external contacts, and personal networks
- Track personal payments, claims, renewals, and manage documentation
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Occasionally assist with EA-related tasks (e.g., meeting prep, follow-ups)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, or similar role
- Experience supporting senior leaders, high-profile individuals, or busy households
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- High maturity, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive information
- Willingness to be contactable outside of standard hours for urgent matters
