About the role

A hands-on role responsible for crafting high-impact visuals across digital campaigns, social content, product visuals, and more, focusing on modern design, motion, and AI tools to support brand storytelling.

Responsibilities

  • Design creative assets for marketing campaigns, social media, web, and ads (both static and motion).
  • Translate creative briefs into clean, bold, conversion-friendly visuals.
  • Use AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, or Runway to support visual ideation and production.
  • Collaborate with the content, video, and performance marketing teams to build cohesive campaigns.
  • Adapt and optimize visual assets based on performance data and feedback.
  • Maintain design quality across all brand touchpoints with consistency and precision.
  • Support product marketing initiatives with visuals that clearly communicate key value props.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or creative content roles.
  • A strong portfolio that shows clean visual execution and an eye for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing/motion tools like After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • Interest or experience in using AI tools for visual concepting and production.
  • Strong sense of layout, composition, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work fast, iterate quickly, and deliver under tight timelines.
