About the role
Recruiter role focused on full-cycle recruitment for non-technical roles (sales & marketing) at Candid Health, partnering with Hiring Managers to develop recruitment strategies and optimize hiring processes. In-person role for SF, Denver, or NYC offices.
Responsibilities
- Lead full cycle recruiting for sales and marketing positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment.
- Demonstrated success in building pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Humbl e and team-oriented, prioritizing collective success over individual. Values collaboration and diverse perspectives to achieve common goals.
- Takes initiative, persists in the face of setbacks, and continuously strives for excellence in all endeavors.
- Experienced in working with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby, and are able to leverage them to increase your productivity
- You understand and use metrics to inform your hiring tactics and strategies and help hiring managers to do the same.
