About the role

Technical Program Manager - Implementation coordinating Engineering, Product, and Operations to translate business objectives into technical milestones and ensure seamless delivery for a fast-growing SaaS platform.

Responsibilities

  • Program Orchestration: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale initiatives. You will create the roadmaps, define the milestones, and track progress across multiple teams to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Bridge Operations & EPD: Act as the primary point of contact for Operations teams. You will translate customer implementation needs into technical requirements and manage the rollout of new features to stakeholders.
  • Master Cross-Functional Integration: Map and manage interdependencies between core infrastructure and customer-facing workflows, identifying bottlenecks early to avoid friction in updates and implementations.
  • Risk Mitigation: Anticipate bottlenecks and technical risks; facilitate trade-off discussions between speed of delivery and technical debt.
  • Visibility & Communication: Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on program health, resource allocation, and core KPIs.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from inception to launch.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana etc.) and documentation software (Confluence, Notion).
  • Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment is a major plus.
  • Strong analytical skills; you use data to drive decisions and measure project success.
