About the role
Candid Health is growing its Product Management team and seeks an experienced PM to partner with engineering and external customers, delivering transformative healthcare payments software and shaping a broad product vision within the company.
Responsibilities
- Improve existing product management practices and build new systems to enable delivery of great products and services
- Build and execute the product vision in close collaboration with Engineering and Design
- Identify gaps in the macro-structure of the business and product and generate new ideas
- Be accountable for business goals and ensure partner teams are as well
- Create rigorous reporting dashboards for visibility and accountability
- Capture signals from the field and customers to understand and prioritize user needs
- Communicate about new feature rollouts to customers and internal stakeholders including leadership and operations teams
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a product manager
- Experience building data-intensive products and applications
- Ground thinking in unit economics of the business
- Data-driven with ability to derive insights and influence decisions
- Low ego and high output; outcome oriented; collaborative; bias toward action
- Ability to read or write code or understand engineering perspective
- May have led/scaled a product team or been part of fast-growing engineering culture
- Experience with healthcare, medical billing, or highly regulated industries (preferred)
