About the role

Field-based technical sales engineer role focused on deploying AI vision systems in manufacturing facilities across the Atlanta/Southeast region, with 60-80% travel. Drive technical discovery, live demos, onsite evaluations, and deployments from first conversation to production, enabling measurable outcomes in yield, scrap reduction, and throughput.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer success end-to-end: First conversation through production deployment—technical discovery, live demos, onsite evaluations, troubleshooting on the factory floor, and driving opportunities toward scaled deployments (not just pilots).

Qualifications

  • Engineering background and learn-by-doing mindset
  • 2+ years in customer-facing technical roles or equivalent high-intensity professional environments
  • Strong communication across all levels
  • Willingness to travel 60-80% and operate independently on factory floors
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Atlanta/Southeast region (Georgia, South Carolina, or North Carolina)
